A recipe I want to make

I promised myself when I decided to start a blog again that I wouldn’t just post links to other people’s stuff, because hey, what’s the point? But I’m going to make an exception for a recipe that really intrigues me: How to Grow Your Own Ginger Beer Plant. Other than bread I’ve never gotten into home fermentation, but ginger beer would be a tasty way to start. I once tried to buy it at a Haitian grocery store around the corner from where I live, but they just laughed at me and told me to buy some ginger and make it myself because it was so easy. It’s time I did.
