Cap-and-trade bad! I mean, good!

Hey, speaking of things that I, and, perhaps, you, missed in the news, Harper is now in favour of a cap-and-trade plan to combat greenhouse gas emissions, on the grounds that Obama wants one so we may as well go along. This, despite so recently trashing the NDP (plus the governments of Ontario, Quebec, Manitoba, and British Columbia) for wanting to go this route. Way to be a leader, Steve.
