Public Service Annoucement

Sh.’s brother, a field researcher, spent the entire summer preparing for his September wedding by rigorously sampling many different wines over the course of the season at his field station. He and his co-workers took careful notes, confirming their results with a blind taste-test of their favourites at the end, and the (unanimous) result was served with the wedding banquet. The winner turned out to be amongst the cheapest bottles they tried. I’ve had better, but definitely not in that price range.

So what was this wine? Trapiche Malbec, from Argentina. Enjoy!
