Fishies!

I don’t have much to say today, except to report to those of you who had expressed interest that my fish seem to be doing much better now. They actually started looking happier shortly after my last post about them, but Aylwin recently provided me with a photo so now I can prove it to you. Their bowl (which is somewhat bigger than it might seem from this perspective) now has some little rocks at the bottom, because apparently it makes fish feel more at home. Thanks for the tips, all.

In other news, I have to get in shape for a choir audition tomorrow. The group rehearses in French, so I need to study the note names and other related vocabulary as well. (Like Spanish and Italian, French uses the Latin solfège system; for example, “D major” is “ré majeur”.) I’m not sure that my French is good enough for this yet but I’ve decided to try anyways.
